The month of May really has been super incredible for me. I genuinely do live life with love nowadays. And although I hesitate posting on this site, at least for the past week or so, I have faith that I will be able to explore the ideas that I care about. I genuinely have confidence, in regards to the power of deliberate elaboration, if we want to do well moving forward in life. And recently, a lot of different personalities have influenced me. And Joe Rogan, even though I don’t follow him, actually I don’t really follow him at all, but I do know of him, and I recently watched an interview, that may potentially change how I move forward in life. Because, after hearing about [[Cameron Hanes]], and starting the book [[Endure]], I am just genuinely mesmerized again, specifically in regards to the topic of running.
Because I myself, am a runner, but I have a long way to go, to actually being a good runner. I used to be a good runner, and when I was, I was a pretty good runner. And although I have a lot of tragic memories, when it comes to running, I am still able to run well, which is a god given gift, I truly believe. I don’t know who said ‘what doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger,’ but I genuinely embrace that with all my being right now. And reading Cameron Hanes’s book, for me, it’s a gift, and it’s a book that I am zipping through. Because I genuinely relate to so many things that he is saying. And I, at one point, genuinely loved running, but then I was like, ‘what is happening to my body,’ and at that time, I didn’t know how to condition my body.
But nowadays, I know just running long distance, actually doesn’t mean anything to me. But I do know the power of taking in more oxygen, to enhance our capabilities as human beings. And in order to increase our oxygen intake, we have to increase our lungs capacity to take in more air. And in order to take in more air, we have to consistently use our body, in a daily basis, so it can improve, every single day. And we have to relax, and we have to rest, but we have to keep going into Zone 4 and Zone 5. Because, I know, because I also have the Oura ring, telling me, when I actually am in all these zones. And Zone 4 and 5 is where we should go sometimes, and I think we should do this everyday.
And although, Cameron Hanes is a Beast, I think he is a representation of what the human body is capable of doing, with consistent practice. And it’s incredible, how the mind and the body are so related. And some of the beasts of life nowadays, they are also active, in beast mode, which is supremely amazing to witness, and hear. And nowadays, all this is in front of us, if we can just look consciously. And I am god damn proud of being able to see what is in front of me. And I think writing has definitely enhanced my ability to see what matters. And that is super amazing, and I love that with all my heart.
And these realizations, they come about, because I have seen my fair share of ludicrous-y in life, and I genuinely believe, we either fight, and die trying, or we just stagnate, which is inevitable in life. And we will live longer, the longer we fight. And in order to that, we have to keep moving, and we have to keep feeding our body what it needs. And it needs movement, energy, food, and movement again. And I think that is such a spectacular way of how our body works. And it’s incredible, what our body is capable of doing. With consistent action, and consistent rest, and with consistent needed nutrients. And that is super spectacular. But in order to maintain this, I think we just have live the most mundane life possible, and that is insane to realize, but I think that is the essence of life.
And I genuinely think so many cool things are possible, but we have to take one day at a time, and we have to take in information, one day at a time. And we have to explore our curiosities, because nobody else is going to explore them. And we individually, have our own minds, that nobody else does. Every individual has a unique perspective, I believe that with all my heart. And we’re all trying to survive, and some people realize a lot sooner, how the system works. And even then, our bodies will eventually stagnate. I still cannot totally embrace the concept of [[Lifespan]] from [[David Sinclair]]’s book, without actually seeing concrete proof of what can happen if the correct methodologies are in place, to enhance our bodies. But I can embrace the ideas of [[Outlive]], by [[Peter Attia]], because we can genuinely outlive the norm of what we think is a typical age of our lifespan. And that genuinely is such an amazing phenomenon.
And I have no idea what is going to happen in the future. But one thing I do recognize, it’s that a lot of things are possible, as long as we keep the hope alive, and go and live with the least amount of expectations, and we have to dream big, or else nothing ever gets done. But I think we can’t really have expectations that everything will go super well, because life is super unpredictable, and you can never know what is in the horizon, because the collective whole, is balanced with so many different phenomenons, that one person, can never really comprehend. And we human beings, don’t have the power to just keep trying, without the support of the people that love us. In order to shoot for the moon, and literally so many people are trying to go to the moon, and some are even eventually going to go to Mars, and that takes guts, and super intelligence, and that is possible for a lot of individuals as well, even at this moment, which is mind-boggling.
But what we don’t know, that which is potentially right in front of us, that some people are exploring, and some people are just observing, without taking action. But regardless, so many insane things can happen, but at the end of the day, we can only focus on one thing at a time. And no matter how many things happen, if we don’t focus on it, it’s not happening to us. And we can only focus on one thing, and we can only focus on things that we know. And another person can know so many different things, but at the end of the day, they may just be in a head, and not explored whatsoever. But it’s interesting to think about, all these different phenomenons.
And these stream-of-consciousness, it’s genuinely such an amazing phenomenon, especially when the brain is working, and seeing through some amazing logic. And of course, logic is dependent on the current situation. And one person’s logic, could be another person’s nightmare, if not seen with an open, and a perspective-purno eyes. And it’s a process, like all moments, we have to take in what we have, and explore, and understand, and then slowly move forward. Because we can understand individual moments, the more we can live in a more enhanced mindset. And that’s super spectacular. And I love that with all my heart. And when things click, serenity is just coming out of nowhere, and it embraces us, with all its might.
