Wow, what an incredible day already, but I am glad that I am learning so much. [[Aubrey Marcus]], I think is one of the coolest dudes ever, and I didn’t even think he would have so much effect on me, because I genuinely thought I was just reading some random guy, but I genuinely learned so much from this amazing person. And I feel a lot of things, because at the end of the day, these people are super skillful, but because they are at it in their never-ending grind, and they have learned a set of skills, that are helping them genuinely move through life, with epic energy. And the energy didn’t come about with magic, but it was systematically organized, to keep the body in peak shape, and that is an incredibly amazing phenomenon. And I love that with all my heart.

And that is such a cool phenomenon. And the next cool person that I want to talk about is [[Wim Hof]]. His breathing patterns are something to really think about, if you really want to improve your physique and energy level. He wrote the book, [[The Iceman Speaks]], and [[The Wim Hof Method]]. And both books are super curiosity inducing, I think, as it allowed me to figure out how he has broken so many records in withstanding cold. The breathing techniques that I have learned, it is pretty amazing. And just simple cold exposures, and doing it slowly but deliberately, it is of paramount importance. And our body really does acclimate, once you give it the right routine.

Because, I do still want to improve, and the third person is of course, [[Wendy Suzuki]], and her book [[Healthy Brain, Happy Life]], because her exercise expertise has ignited more passion in me. And it’s not just doing exercise for an extended amount of time, but how to exercise, in a way, where you enjoy the process. That is super amazing, and we have to do what we can, as we proceed along. Life genuinely is such an amazing phenomenon, and I love that we can do all these different things. And I want to do what I can, and slowly move forward. It’s going to be super amazing, because I genuinely do love this.

And the fourth person that I would love to talk about, it is [[Peter Attia]], and his book [[Outlive]]. And although I am genuinely astounded by [[David Sinclair]], I think Outlive is a better book, because of the examples that he was able to provide. And rather than just living with a lifespan, I think understanding that, no matter what actually happens, it’s going to be natural to increase our lifespan and age, with proper forms of physical and mental self-care routines. It’s not an easy thing, but we have to maintain our proper composure, and do all the necessary things, so we can be better people, in life. And we have to make the conscious decision to take care of ourselves, that is of paramount importance.

And at the end of the day, life is what we make it to be, and I love life, but it’s not easy for me, especially if I don’t get the proper nutrition, nor the proper sunlight. Because I can say all the things that I love, but if I am not getting something fundamental, to live my best life, then it is not worth it, to live in a space, where I am also miserable. And I didn’t make the decision to go into a warehouse, but I do need proper lighting, proper sun, proper movements, and all these things. And these authors have made me realize how important all these things are. And at the end of the day, you can do a million different things, but if your health isn’t aligned with how you see yourself, then life will be super crappy. And that’s a nightmare scenario of an epic proportion.

And I just want a place where I can rest, and do all my things that I require. And I want windows, I want proper lighting, and I want to live in peace, wherever I work as well. Because I cannot take being in an enclosed in an area, where I don’t always feel peaceful. It’s a simple thing, but I genuinely want to live a better life, and it starts with where I will be working. And it may not be a big thing for a lot of people, but I genuinely think we have to protect ourselves, from all the harm that is out there, in order to live a good life. And I will do what is needed, and do my best.
