Nowadays, I genuinely believe, it’s the habits that really make us. The gurus used to always say, and this is a very general statement (based on my experience, with all the books that I read), we are what we think to ourselves, and that is genuinely the most truest statement ever. Though there is a caveat to this, we have to consciously take in every part of us, and have it aligned with our own values. Every emotion that we feel, every moment that we have, we relate it to things that we already know, and as a result, if we don’t understand why we say the things that we say to ourselves, then at the end of the day, winning the battle with ourselves, it’s going to be super difficult.
Though, if we do practice, what we genuinely say to ourselves, some people say it’s inspiration, some people say it’s repetition of positive thoughts, but in the end, I believe it’s actually being able to trust what we say to ourselves. Everybody has their own methodology of how they see the world, and it’s important that we do not take every person’s perspective literally, because we have to synthesize other people’s words, into our own words, in order for it to work for us.
ChatGPT Ref:
“unconscious patterns often emerge from repeated experiences and learned associations, some conscious, many implicit”
This is something that I genuinely embrace now, because our unconscious thoughts, in the end of the day, came because we had initial conscious thoughts, and we held it in, and took it with value in our heart. Our past thoughts, they are our present thoughts, but now we call them unconscious, or they’re non-conscious part of our brain. Which is profound, because at the end of the day, when our amygdala activates, when we are hyper aware of the things that are around us, and we theoretically are more aroused, as a result, the experiences that we take in, we take it with a more long-term influence.
Chatgpt Ref:
“moderate emotional arousal enhances memory, while excessive stress can impair learning and recall”
This is what emotion is, even though, that in itself is a concept. And what we actually are experiencing is our body being at a hyper-aware state, where we are in the zone, more of the sympathetic system, so we are more emotionally aware, and we take in the information, with more value. (emotions are integrated brain–body states involving limbic processing, autonomic balance, and cognitive interpretation). That is super profound for me. At the end of the day, when we are agitated, and this can include a vast array of symptoms, that could be happening internally in the body, or also, people around us influencing how we view reality, but when are aroused in the negative sense, we tend to be more conscious, as a result, we do take in the information with that much more clarity.
Ref:
(Agitation is sympathetic, not parasympathetic)
(Parasympathetic = rest, digestion, recovery)
Thus, we genuinely are what we think, but that really does come with a caveat. We have to train our sympathetic nervous system, to be our allies. Even when we are at our most agitated state, we have to be calm about how we actually move in the environment. So it’s important that we understand what is actually happening. Our habits are what we resort to, unconsciously, based on our exposure to life.
We can affect ourselves, by consciously knowing, even in our most hyper-aware state, to be calm. Because calmness, at the end of the day, even when our sympathetic system is in overdrive, is what helps us be awake. Because, as long as we don’t overwhelm ourselves, with thoughts, that have low logic, we will be ok, as people, because the habits that we trained without conscious effort, they help us the most, because these are things, that we don’t have to consciously think about.
At the end of the day, this comes about, every day, when we perform small hard tasks, that actually help us, in the long term. I genuinely think this is the ultimate compounding return effect for us human beings. Not money, not fast food, but just habits that help us make the good decisions. Because that is genuinely of paramount importance, as we slowly move forward in life. I do love life, and I know, I am my own habits, that has been compounded through my life. And my habits, I can also consciously bring in new habits, when I desire, which for me is such an amazing phenomenon, and I genuinely love that with all my heart. And as a result, I will do what I can, and just try to live a life that I love.
Habits really are a powerful form of self-control. He who has complete control over their habits, and they see them as allies, those are the ones that get far in life. I genuinely believe that with all my heart. Thus, for me, these are the ultimate healthy habits, the habits that define how we consciously see life. The habits that we can respect ourselves, and we don’t actually criticize ourselves, when things become tough as well. When we keep going, even in the most adverse of phases, believing in our habits, and believing in the power of life, that’s when the most amazing things happen. I genuinely do love that with all my heart.
As a result, I will do what is needed, and I will fulfill my own vision, of fast building fabrication. Because I genuinely believe we need better built structures in our environments. And we need to create them fast, and that genuinely is super possible. But we need to start with the mechanisms, and that comes with having the best of habits in place, as we proceed through life. I do love life, as a result, I will fight for the habits that give me the most buck for the value. And that is the main purpose why I live nowadays, being able to see the truth in the current moment, and actually living daily, with as much enthusiasm as I can.
Every day is a delight, because we can consciously remind ourselves that we are genuinely living a life that we love. And when things go a-wry, we have to remind ourselves, and think of new plans, and think it through, so we don’t fall apart. It’s important that we think the important thoughts, when we have the most strength. At the end of the day, our will power genuinely does have a limit, in a typical day. And nowadays, I see time as circular, rather than linear, because, that means the strength that we can use, it’s at the beginning of the circular moment, and when the loop ends, our willpower strength also ends. And if we keep training this, then the potentials are limitless, to the extent that we understand.
