I’m super excited to be ending my writing journey, for Quarter 4 of 2025. I wish I could share everything, but for me, I just want to highlight 3 books at a time, till I get to a point, where I feel satisfied. Moreover, this quarter, learning about the immune system was fundamentally super important to me. As a result, I’m just grateful that I was able to finish, as well as enjoy [[Philipp Dettmer]]’s book [[Immune]]. I’ve seen a lot of things about our immune system in my life, including the anime [[Cells at Work]], but learning from a book, I feel like it increases the legitimacy of it. And because, now I know this is a real thing, and our body has an insane mechanism that helps us ward off diseases, and just protect ourselves, from the simplest forms of harm.

We have to work to befriend our immune system, because that’s a fundamental way to be healthy in our life. As a longevity researcher, I genuinely think, we have to support our immune system, with utmost strength, and that is what I try to do everyday. I do love how so many cool things are possible. Thus, learning about the four main areas of the immune system, the one I lost, the spleen, but there are 3 remaining areas of conversation. They are the bone marrow, the lymph nodes, and the thymus. For me, these are the origin points, from where our immune system begins its fight, that I would like to start investigating, even more thoroughly. Nowadays, now that I have read a lot of cool books, I am genuinely super excited to venture out more, and learn even more precise systems.

Moreover, I know enough about cells nowadays, and even [[Stem Cells]], which can transform into any kind of cells, which is magnificent to discover, at least for me, I didn’t consciously realize, till recently. I feel like I’ve had a vague sense of understanding, of this mechanism, but it didn’t really click, till I read [[Eat to Beat Disease]], by [[Dr. William Li]]. We human beings really don’t think about a lot of things, till we really have to. Which really is unfortunate, but it’s a defense mechanism, in order to survive. And helping our variety of different types of cells prosper, that is of paramount importance. And that first comes with understanding the essence of how our body protects itself. And although I have lost my spleen, I have intense conviction, that as long as I help my own body function appropriately, there will be so many more ways to actually live a cool awesome life.

So, I have hope, and now that I know about the self even more, because I’ve also finished [[I am a Strange Loop]], by [[Douglas Hofstadter]], and it really is super amazing, the perspective Mr. Hofstadter takes, and its clarity. I genuinely loved learning his perspective, and I cannot wait to discover more things, and I would like to read more books from him. It really is profound knowledge, understanding our own strange loop, our own habitual thinking pattern. I genuinely love that everybody has their own level of loop, and it takes a lot of strength, to understand all this. And I am genuinely super grateful, to have the capacity take this information with so much engagement. It makes me even more happy to be alive. It really is a beauty, to be alive, on this beautiful planet. The mechanisms that underlie all lifeforms, it is really profound.

And so,  I wish to also express my gratitude to [[Buckminster Fuller]] as well, because he’s one of the first architects that I have genuinely connected with. Thus, I do love with all my heart, what we are able to accomplish, as a community of people on this planet. It’s impressive, what life really can offer, when we are able to deliberately move with our thoughts. These moments, they really are profound. And I am so glad, that I have made it thus far, and I am able to convey my profound gratitude to all these amazing teachers. Because, at the end of the day, we have to be there for one another, and we have to learn from the greats, to propel our species to the next level.

And it starts with communication, that is without a doubt. And we have to give it our all, and we have to understand what works, and what doesn’t work. I do love life, and I want to see what is possible, as we move forward in life. Certain moments, they are magnificent, that is without a doubt. And we have to understand how all these underlying mechanisms work. And the reality of the situation is, we all solve one problem at a time, no matter what we do in life. We can do a thousand different things, but at the end of the day, we can only focus on one thing at a time, that is for sure.

And being able to understand myself with these three books, it really is an amazing phenomenon. And I have supreme gratitude to all these three authors. [[Philipp Dettmer]], [[Douglas Hofstadter]], and [[Buckminster Fuller]], the three authors that really have captured the essence of what I care about in life nowadays. And it’s pretty awesome, to have reached this point, where I can genuinely have respect for some amazing people. And I love with all my heart, this amazing process of discovering, with curiosity intact. It really is impressive, and I love with all my heart, with what is possible. And I am genuinely grateful, and I hope to keep doing more impressive things, as I move forward. Life is a journey, and it’s a journey that I love with all my heart.
