And as we move forward, I want to talk about the most important things, because that is going to matter, and it is going to matter a lot. And I know I have learned so much recently, and I want to protect these moments, as much as I can. Two main books that exemplify all the cool things that I have attained are [[Lifespan]], by [[David Sinclair]], and [[Outlive]] by [[Peter Attia]]. I have learned so much about what it means to live well, and protecting ourselves from all the things that happen. And recently I also listened to a podcast by [[Dr. William Li]], which was also really cool. He’s a Vascular Biologist, who studies our blood circulation system, and all the veins that we produce, and we need it, we have to do our best, because our blood vessels are what helps us produce the things that we need. And I am very proud of being able to learn about all the research and experiences that these individuals had recounted in their books.

I genuinely was astounded by David Sinclair and his book, [[Lifespan]], and some of the things that he said, I still cannot fully embrace, but I am curious about why he is saying the things that he is saying. And aging as a disease phenomenon which truly a mind boggling thing to wrap my head around. But I do see our lifespan increasing because of all the things that we know about the human body. One of the current books that I am reading, [[The Song of the Cell]], by [[Siddhartha Mukherjee]], it’s also giving me ideas about how all this is possible. We as human beings have a lot of knowledge, and the people who are going to utilize this knowledge, will have the power to live a long life, easier than, let’s say somebody who doesn’t have access to the knowledge. The thing about life nowadays is, there’s so much information out there, but as individuals, we tend to just take in information, and not actually reflect upon it. And all the information that we do take in, we actually forget super easily, that is a huge problem.

But with the advance in AI, and all the things that we do nowadays, for example ChatGPT, breaking down the core ideas of a book that you just read, it can genuinely expedite our learning process, so much, at least 10x or 1000%, I think, but I am just throwing a number around. But still, I think it’s extraordinary how many tools we have right now. And I did also read [[Yuval Noah Harari]]’s recent book on AI, [[Nexus]], and that was also super extraordinary, especially some of the claims that he makes. But I also have read [[SuperIntelligence]], by [[Nick Bostrom]], so I genuinely know how real AI truly can become. And although I cannot regurgitate all the knowledge that I have taken in, I know that a lot of things are possible, as long as we can connect with associations. Thus, it’s not going to be difficult to see that we are really heading in a cool direction, as long as we can control our focus. And nowadays, because of all the technology, people who are not paying attention, actually lose their focus the fastest.

And unfortunately, at one point, my focus was terrible. But nowadays, because of following the things that I care about, and actually finishing books, and reflecting upon the things that I do on a regular basis, it genuinely has helped me retain so much new information, and I love that to death. And I will keep doing this, maybe for the rest of my life, because it’s so much fun. Being able to wake up everyday, with an excitement to learn new things. Of course, this would not happen, if it weren’t for the support that I have, my wife, my job, and the routine that I have in a typical day. There’s so much out there, but it gets tough sometimes, but we all need people by our side, who actually believe in us, and help us move in the right direction.

I also read a book called, [[The Art and Science of Connection]] by [[Kasley Killam]], about Social Health, and that was also super extraordinary, and because of the author, I want to understand how we can manage all this together. Because these moments give me so much strength, because I know, out there, there are so many individuals who are spending their life, trying to figure out how to live a more cohesive healthy life. And life is amazing, because I know so many things are possible, but it’s easy to get sidetracked, especially since so much information is available, but we don’t actually focus on the core ideas of life. And it’s easy to get lost, when we are in our thoughts, and we don’t have any guidance. And guidance and routine are of paramount importance, if we want to explore how our minds will evolve. And I love that we can think through all these things, as long as we prioritize the most important things.

So, I do feel better about all this, because I know, out there a lot of good minds, are working towards things that will make humanity a better place. A place where we can live together, in a more peaceful manner. As a person, as a first generation immigrant in the US, I have learned to be open to all the different perspectives out there. And we as individuals, we all want to live, and I think understanding that there’s so much potential, it’s super amazing. And this site, it can be a new form of outlet for me. And I won’t write everyday, at least for the site I won’t, but when I’m excited like this, and I know I only have 2 weeks of Q1 of 2025, I can really write, which is supremely amazing. And I want to protect these innovative thoughts, because I know they don’t always come.
